Description

What you'll do

  • โ€ขBuild and develop an institutional investor pipeline across hedge funds, family offices, crypto funds, brokers, and OTC desks
  • โ€ขIdentify and engage decision-makers including partners, CIOs, portfolio managers, and treasury teams through outbound outreach, networking, conferences, and industry communities

  • โ€ขExplain investment thesis, unit economics, yield structure, and risk/reward profiles to institutional stakeholders
  • โ€ขManage the full partnership and deal lifecycle: sourcing, qualification, negotiations, onboarding, and capital deployment
  • โ€ขDevelop long-term relationships with institutional investors and create tailored investment scenarios
  • โ€ขHandle objections related to custody, compliance, liquidity, and yield sustainability
  • โ€ขRepresent EMCD at international conferences, networking events, and institutional crypto communities
  • โ€ขMaintain CRM hygiene, investor analytics, and structured pipeline reporting

Requirements

  • โ€ข3+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, Capital Raising, or Partnership roles within crypto, fintech, investments, or wealth management
  • โ€ขProven track record of closing institutional deals starting from $100K+
  • โ€ขStrong understanding of crypto and investment infrastructure, including staking, yield products, custody, lending, and liquidity solutions
  • โ€ขExperience working with hedge funds, family offices, venture funds, or institutional investors
  • โ€ขStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skills at partner/C-level
  • โ€ขExisting institutional network within crypto or traditional finance is a strong advantage
  • โ€ขFluent English (C1+) for investor communication, negotiations, and presentations
  • โ€ขStrong pipeline management and relationship-building skills
