## What you'll do

• •Own the end-to-end management of all Data Center insurance policies.
• •Partner with construction, operations, finance, procurement, and legal to address coverage gaps.
• •Draft, review, and negotiate insurance-related provisions in contracts.
• •Serve as the internal point of contact for insurance-related queries.
• •Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and external service providers.
• •Manage insurance coverage for data center equipment.
• •Drive cost optimization and ensure favorable terms.
• •Oversee claims submission and collaborate on risk matters.

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• •5+ years of experience in insurance, ideally in construction.
• •Familiarity with major insurance carriers and market dynamics.
