## What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end management of all Data Center insurance policies.
  • Partner with construction, operations, finance, procurement, and legal to address coverage gaps.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate insurance-related provisions in contracts.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for insurance-related queries.
  • Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and external service providers.
  • Manage insurance coverage for data center equipment.
  • Drive cost optimization and ensure favorable terms.
  • Oversee claims submission and collaborate on risk matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance, ideally in construction.
  • Familiarity with major insurance carriers and market dynamics.
  • Experience managing broker relationships and insurance products.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in construction environments required.
