Responsibilities
- •Work with real legal cases in corporate lending transactions.

- •Higher legal education and/or higher IT education (including bachelor's or master's students).
- •Ability to systematically analyze and apply Russian legislation in corporate law, propose non-standard solutions, and minimize legal risks.
- •Strong analytical skills, knowledge of basic logic principles, and proficiency in standard office software (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project).
- •Developed communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- •Proficiency in modern prototyping tools and skills in working with LLM at a confident user level.
- •Knowledge of process automation basics and programming, creative thinking.
- •Experience in writing simple algorithms in Python or pseudocode will be an advantage.
