Description
What you'll do
- •Develop and enhance internal communications strategy in line with company goals
- •Create and distribute content for internal communication channels (newsletter, intranet, email, announcements)
- •Work with top management on corporate messages and announcements
- •Ensure consistent style and quality of internal communications
- •Plan communications according to business events and corporate initiatives
- •Develop programs to enhance employee engagement and corporate culture
- •Analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and gather employee feedback
- •Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other teams
- •Administer internal communication platforms (intranet, Slack, etc.)
- •Support HR communications, employer branding, and internal HR initiatives

- •Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- •Ability to create clear messages for a broad audience
- •Experience in content planning and event coordination
- •Proficiency in intranet platforms, Slack, and email distribution tools
- •Skills in analyzing communication effectiveness
- •Experience with employer branding is a plus
- •Experience in change management communications is a plus
- •Experience organizing town halls and all-hands meetings is a plus
