You will be responsible for what Perplexity employees think, feel, know, and do. This is a 0→1 role with executive exposure from day one. What you'll do
- •Listen and learn across the company. Understand what’s happening, how, and why in order to make sound recommendations on what should be amplified or addressed.
- •Run all-hands and executive content. Planning, execution, measurement, and evolution.
- •Internal storytelling. Turn strategy, launches, and hard decisions into messages that bring clarity to every team.
- •Be the signal in noise. Cut through Slack sprawl. Establish the channels, cadences, and norms that keep a fast company informed without drowning it.
- •Own change management. Deliver hard and easy news with equal clarity and candor. Earn trust for the message and the messenger.
