Overview
We are seeking an experienced International Legal Counsel to support our international business across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on corporate and commercial law.
Key Responsibilities
- •Drafting, reviewing & negotiating cross-border commercial contracts (Services, IT Licensing, NDA, IP, Agency, Distribution, etc.)
- •Supporting international corporate structures, M&A, Joint Ventures & Shareholders’ Agreements
- •Coordinating with registrars, corporate secretaries, notaries & external legal advisors
- •Legal support for KYC/AML, CRS, FATCA, counterparty checks & banking/payment requirements
- •Working with Double Taxation Treaties
- •Managing cross-border claims & disputes and coordinating external lawyers

Must Have
- •Law degree; LL.M. is a plus
- •3–5+ years as Legal Counsel / International or Corporate Lawyer
- •Fluent English C1/C2 + strong Legal English
- •Strong practical knowledge of EU, Cyprus & CIS legal and regulatory frameworks — mandatory
- •Understanding of Private International Law & conflict-of-law principles
- •Experience with Common Law and/or Civil Law
- •International contract drafting experience (Incoterms, FIDIC, English-law governed agreements, etc.)
- •Ability to identify cross-border legal & regulatory risks and work independently
