Description
What you'll do
- •Lead the full lifecycle of investment transactions from term sheet through close.
- •Design and drive the due diligence process across commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory dimensions.
- •Author and own Investment Committee memoranda and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- •Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned portfolio companies post-close.
- •Drive the build-out and continuous improvement of Tether RISE fund's investment operating infrastructure.

Requirements

- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- •Strong understanding of venture and growth-stage investment dynamics.
- •CFA charterholder or CAIA designation required (or demonstrable progression toward completion).
