Responsibilities
- •Monitoring & Support: Oversee streaming equipment (encoders, scanners, desktop systems) using monitoring tools and logs to ensure continuous high-quality service. Manage incoming IT support requests, focusing on maintaining critical infrastructure (Dealer Modules, Encoders, Access Points, Switches).
- •Application Testing & Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the development team to test new applications before deployment and work with audio-visual, security, and IT teams to ensure proper network functionality across the company.
- •Encoder & Media Server Management: Ensure operational encoders and media servers for smooth broadcasting at live studio tables, resolving any issues promptly.
- •Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Partner with the Head of Operations, Shift Managers and other team members to resolve technical issues quickly, troubleshooting and replacing equipment as needed.
- •Workstation & Incident Management: Maintain workstation configurations, user access, and update internal procedures. Address IT incidents swiftly, ensuring resolution within SLA guidelines to prevent service breaches.
- •Inventory & Supplier Coordination: Manage IT inventory by updating records, assigning equipment, conducting audits, and working with external suppliers to resolve IT-related issues with minimal disruption.
- •Infrastructure & Security: Enhance and improve IT infrastructure to meet business needs, provide ongoing hardware/software maintenance, and safeguard company information to ensure confidentiality and data security.

Candidate Requirements
- •Experience: At least 3 years of experience supporting hardware and software for user devices in a technical environment.
- •Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux systems, with solid experience in Active Directory management.
- •Hardware & Software Expertise: Extensive experience with hardware/software installations, configurations, and issue resolution.
- •Wi-Fi & Networking: Proven experience with Wi-Fi networks and network management, ensuring seamless connectivity across devices.
- •Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- •Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT issues.
- •Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work across various shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
- •Fluent English skills, both verbal and written.
