Seeking an IT Business Analysis Team Lead for Fintech, DeFi, and Blockchain projects in Moscow.

## What you'll do

• •Gather and describe business requirements for foreign trade products.
• •Data extraction, report building, and deviation analysis.
• •Set metrics for the direction.
• •Formalize client journey scenarios for foreign trade clients.
• •Prepare product packaging: value proposition, tariffs, offers.
• •Participate in product hypothesis launches and usage analytics.
• •Conduct competitive and client segment analysis.

• •3+ years of experience as a business analyst in fintech.
