Description
What you'll do
- •Analyze and resolve requests regarding IT systems issues and enhancements.
- •Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- •Provision, configure, and maintain company laptops using MDM tools.
- •Administer and support IT systems and applications.
- •Diagnose and perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and other network-related issues.
- •Troubleshoot and maintain Audio/Video systems for conference rooms.
- •Configure, install, and monitor IT systems.

Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar technical role.
- •Experience configuring and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.
- •Basic network troubleshooting experience.
- •Experience managing and participating in IT projects.
- •Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
- •Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
- •BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
