Description

What you'll do

  • โ€ขAccept and process requests from company employees in the technical support service
  • โ€ขConduct diagnostics and determine the causes of incidents
  • โ€ขMonitor internal IT infrastructure and critical services
  • โ€ขClose requests according to regulations
  • โ€ขResolve technical incidents remotely and at employee workplaces: install and configure software and applications, connect to the corporate network, configure network connections, drivers, and mobile devices, lay structured cabling, implement new systems and services.

Requirements

  • โ€ขHave similar work experience of at least one year
  • โ€ขProficient in Active Directory at an advanced user level
  • โ€ขBasic knowledge of computer networks and networking equipment
  • โ€ขKnow Windows and Linux operating systems at an administrator level, skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • โ€ขExperience in servicing computers and office equipment, knowledge of components, experience in assembling PCs and installing OS from scratch
  • โ€ขPossess qualities such as stress resistance, communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, result-oriented mindset, ability to work both in a team and independently, positive attitude, and a desire to work and develop.
