Overview
Join our iGaming company as an IT Ops specialist in Limassol, Cyprus. Manage access processes and improve IT operations with a focus on automation and efficiency. What you'll do
- •Organize access onboarding for new employees: Gmail, task trackers, chat, CRM, CMS, Back Office, analytics, and partner platforms.
- •Manage access lifecycle: issuance, modification, and revocation of access according to roles.
- •Consult employees and resolve issues related to access and internal systems.
- •Maintain access management: order, security, and consistency of processes.
- •Work with CMS and the platform: publish banners, news, and promotional content, control the relevance of placements.
- •Maintain banner placement calendars and ensure timely publication, replacement, and removal of banners.
- •Monitor mirrors, system incidents, and platform disruptions, and promptly inform teams.
- •Improve and automate IT Ops processes, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency.
