Responsibilities
- •Search for candidates (responses + sourcing): UI/UX designers, graphic designers, 3D designers, HTML/CSS developers, Fullstack (React + Node.Js), React Native, Flutter developers, QA, account managers.
- •Preliminary resume assessment.
- •Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates.
- •Schedule interviews.
- •Maintain daily reporting.
Conditions
- •Remote work.
- •Flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week (start no later than 11 AM).
- •Work in a professional team with serious experience.
- •Paid vacation of 28 calendar days.
- •Salary payments can be made in both rubles and USD.
Requirements
- •At least 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter.
- •Understanding of IT (differences in positions and the technologies in candidates' resumes).
- •Candidate sourcing using X-Ray and Boolean Search.
- •Experience with various recruitment resources: HH, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Upwork, Dribbble, Behance.
- •Communication skills.
- •Familiarity with CRM for candidate management (we use Huntflow).
- •High autonomy and predictability. Consistent results on vacancies.
- •Maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
- •A plus: experience working with designers, portfolio assessment skills.
- •English language - B2+.
