Overview
Lead the IT Recruitment Stream for System Analysis and AI/ML at Plata, combining recruitment expertise with team leadership to enhance hiring strategies and processes. We are looking for an IT Recruitment Stream Lead to lead our System Analysis and AI/ML hiring streams.
What you'll do
- •Lead and develop a team of 2 IT Recruiters, providing coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback.
- •Own hiring delivery across the System Analysis and AI/ML streams and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
- •Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring priorities, recruitment strategies, and market approach.
- •Support recruiters in managing complex hiring processes and difficult hiring cases.
- •Monitor recruitment funnel performance, analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
- •Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- •Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview quality, and operational efficiency.
- •Share best practices across the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to scaling recruitment operations.
- •Participate in cross-functional projects related to hiring, automation, and process optimization.
- •Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies to support business decisions.
