IT Sales Manager

Looking for an IT Sales Manager with experience in IT services sales and outstaffing.

Remote work available from various European countries.

• •Proven experience in IT services sales (mandatory experience in outstaffing).
• •Willingness to actively engage in cold sales: seeking new clients and partners for outstaff developers.
• •Residence outside of Russia (preferably in Europe or CIS countries).
• •Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher for effective communication with English-speaking clients.
• •Understanding of the IT market and outstaffing specifics.
• •Ability to think strategically, set goals, and achieve results.
• •Focus on long-term cooperation and income growth through KPI achievement.
