Responsibilities

  • •Participate in onboarding new colleagues, including hardware, accounts, and access preparation.
  • •Hand out laptops and other equipment to new colleagues.
  • •Assist colleagues with daily IT topics:
  • •Installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops.
  • •Ensure device compliance with internal security standards.
  • •Support users on macOS.
  • •Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • •Troubleshoot common IT issues, such as VPN, printers, or network connections.
  • •Assist with hardware replacement, repairs, and diagnostics.
  • •Maintain records of IT assets and related documentation.
  • •Escalate more complex issues to senior colleagues.
  • •Gradually get involved in internal IT projects and process improvements.
