Overview
Join SatoshiLabs as a Junior IT Support Specialist to assist colleagues with daily technical issues and onboarding new team members in a modern tech environment. Invity is a cryptocurrency platform that helps people securely and easily buy, sell, and exchange digital assets.
Responsibilities
- •Participate in onboarding new colleagues, including hardware, accounts, and access preparation.
- •Hand out laptops and other equipment to new colleagues.
- •Assist colleagues with daily IT topics:
- •Installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops.
- •Ensure device compliance with internal security standards.
- •Support users on macOS.
- •Manage user accounts and permissions.
- •Troubleshoot common IT issues, such as VPN, printers, or network connections.
- •Assist with hardware replacement, repairs, and diagnostics.
- •Maintain records of IT assets and related documentation.
- •Escalate more complex issues to senior colleagues.
- •Gradually get involved in internal IT projects and process improvements.
