What you'll do
- •Consult our employees on technical issues;
- •Setup, administer, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and servers running Windows OS and Linux;
- •Install professional studio equipment: cameras, lighting, and sound equipment;
- •Resolve technical equipment issues and address technical questions related to OS, MS Office, email, networks, etc.;
- •Complete Windows OS setup, including drivers, BIOS, and other related software;
- •Monitor systems to ensure the continuous operation of our product.
