What You’ll Do
- •Install, rack, stack, and cable servers, switches, routers, and storage systems.
- •Perform hardware installations, replacements, and upgrades.
- •Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and cabling issues.
- •Monitor the health and availability of data center infrastructure.
- •Execute routine maintenance according to documented procedures.
- •Label and document network and power connections.
- •Maintain accurate asset inventory and infrastructure documentation.
- •Assist with operating system installations and basic server provisioning.
- •Follow change management and operational procedures.
- •Respond to incidents and assist with root cause analysis.
- •Work with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and deployments.
- •Ensure compliance with data center safety and security policies.
Physical Requirements
- •Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
- •Comfortable working in physically demanding environments.

- •Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
- •Understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments.
Your Background
- •2+ years of prior data center experience.
- •Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- •Knowledge of data center infrastructure, networking, and IT hardware.
- •Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and virtualization technologies.
- •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team to resolve complex technical issues.
- •Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
