Junior Java Developer

• •Develop new product agents in Java and Python.
• •Design and enhance the Orchestrator - the core of request routing between agents (including LLM and rule-based logic).
• •Build classic backend services integrated with Bella.
• •Participate in transforming monolithic logic into GenAI Platform - create frameworks for connecting new agents and services.
• •Understand RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems.

**Hard skills:**

• •Java: basic knowledge of Core, multithreading, experience with versions 15/17+.
• •Microservices: Spring Boot / Spring Cloud.
• •Databases: PostgreSQL, basic knowledge of structure and principles.
• •Asynchronous interaction (preferable): Kafka.
• •Understanding of LLM, RAG, vector databases - will be an advantage.
• •Flexibility: willingness to read/understand Python code (agents are also written in Python).

**Soft skills:**

• •Active involvement: you don't just take tasks in Jira, you participate in shaping the architecture of agents and the orchestrator.
• •Ability to understand non-standard things: multi-agent systems, GenAI, integration of AI with classic backend.
• •Ability to communicate with both AI engineers (Python) and classic developers (Java).
