Main Responsibilities

  • •Principal contact for day-to-day contractual reviews, negotiations, and drafting of commercial agreements and documents related to commercial matters.
  • •Checking terms of standard agreements against Company policy and terms of standard forms.
  • •Amendments to/extension of existing agreements.
  • •Management of renewal/extension dates and related negotiation timetable.
  • •Presentation of legal issues to management together with analysis, options, and recommendations.
  • •Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
  • •Support the wider legal function on strategic or ad-hoc legal matters as required.

Qualifications

  • •Possess a Doctor of Laws or a Master of Laws Degree.
  • •Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
  • •Very good command of English language.
  • •Ability to work independently and cooperate with different teams.
  • •Excellent analytical skills with the capacity of identifying all risks and proactively choosing the best solutions.
