Junior Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Onboarding Specialist in a FinTech company to manage client documentation and communication with banks and PSPs, ensuring successful onboarding procedures.

• •Collecting and verifying information and documentation necessary for underwriting and onboarding procedures.
• •Corresponding with banks, PSPs, and other financial partners on current requests.
• •Preparing accurate and timely responses to external partner inquiries.
• •Tracking the status of current tasks, proactively requesting, preparing, or clarifying missing information or documentation.
• •Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
• •Timely escalation of issues to relevant colleagues or proposing possible solutions.
• •Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful and timely completion of the onboarding process for clients.
