## What you'll do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Secretaries, coordinating seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Manage complex travel arrangements, including hotel and flight bookings, ground transportation, and visa applications.
  • Oversee expense reimbursements and local transportation for client meetings; coordinate meal arrangements as required.
  • Support meeting logistics, handling event registrations, and related tasks.
  • Coordinate, monitor and follow up personal affairs as assigned.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, exercising discretion in all interactions with business and senior management teams.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in business management or a related field, or formal training in secretarial, office management, or administrative studies.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong calendar management and record-keeping abilities.
  • Strong cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
