Description

What you'll do

  • β€’Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Secretaries, coordinating seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • β€’Manage complex travel arrangements, including hotel and flight bookings, ground transportation, and visa applications.
  • β€’Oversee expense reimbursements and local transportation for client meetings; coordinate meal arrangements as required.
  • β€’Support meeting logistics, handling event registrations, and related tasks.
  • β€’Coordinate, monitor and follow up personal affairs as assigned.
  • β€’Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, exercising discretion in all interactions with business and senior management teams.

Requirements

  • β€’Diploma in business management or a related field, or formal training in secretarial, office management, or administrative studies.
  • β€’Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting senior stakeholders.
  • β€’Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
  • β€’Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.
  • β€’Meticulous attention to detail, with strong calendar management and record-keeping abilities.
  • β€’Strong cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • β€’Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • β€’Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
