Lead Affiliate Manager

Seeking a Lead Affiliate Manager with experience in African EN markets to build and scale an affiliate team in iGaming.

## What you'll do

• •Lead a team of Affiliate Managers in African EN markets.
• •Set individual and team KPIs.
• •Develop and implement strategies for affiliate growth.
• •Manage key partners and strategic deals.
• •Ensure traffic quality and manage risks.
• •Collaborate with content, design, and localization teams.
• •Hire and onboard Affiliate Managers.
• •Prepare regular reports for Head of Affiliates.

• •3+ years as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
• •1+ year in a lead/senior role managing a team.
• •Experience with African markets.
• •Proficient in traffic sources and affiliate landscape.
• •Experience with Facebook, Telegram, Telemetrio, X, WhatsApp.
• •Fluent in English and Russian.
• •Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
