Description
What you'll do
- •Lead a team of Affiliate Managers in the CIS market;
- •Set individual and team KPIs: number of partners onboarded, FTD, deposit volume;
- •Monitor goal achievement, analyze results, and enhance team efficiency;
- •Develop and implement strategies for attracting and scaling affiliate partners, including expansion into new sub-regions;
- •Personally manage key and top-tier partners, participate in negotiations for strategically important deals;
- •Structure and agree on deals based on RS / Fix / CPA / Hybrid models, achieving favorable conditions across the portfolio;
- •Monitor traffic quality across the team's portfolio, identify fraud, and escalate risks;
- •Collaborate with content, design, and localization teams on promotional materials and creatives;
- •Hire, onboard, and develop Affiliate Managers, establishing a systematic onboarding process;
- •Manage the pipeline of Local Managers: search, evaluation, onboarding, and integration into workflows;
- •Prepare regular reports for the Head of Affiliates: team results, partner pipeline, market insights, risks;
- •Analyze the market, competitors, and new traffic sources in the CIS geo.
Requirements
- •Minimum 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming;
- •At least 1 year in a lead/senior role managing a team;
- •Practical experience working with the CIS;
- •Deep understanding of traffic sources and the affiliate landscape in the CIS market;
- •Experience with Facebook, Telegram, Telemetrio, X, WhatsApp;
- •Proficient in Slack, Google Sheets/Excel, CRM, and tracking systems;
- •Proven experience in achieving affiliate KPIs and scaling the partner portfolio;
- •Ability to analyze traffic quality, identify fraud patterns, and control partner compliance;
- •Strong negotiation skills with top-tier partners and exclusive deals;
- •Experience in team management: setting KPIs, performance reviews, motivation, hiring;
- •Strong analytical approach and data-driven decision-making skills;
- •English — B2;
- •Russian — fluent.
