Lead Analyst 1C:ZUP

Croc is seeking a Lead Analyst for 1C:ZUP to participate in product implementation projects, conduct system analysis, and provide user training.

## What you'll do

• •Participate in 1C product implementation projects as a lead consultant or functional architect.
• •Conduct surveys and gather system requirements.
• •Develop and agree on project and user documentation.
• •Assign tasks to 1C analysts and developers.
• •Perform functional testing of implemented software products.
• •Train and consult users.
• •Classify and evaluate user requests.

• •Higher education (technical or economic).
• •Knowledge in areas such as personnel accounting, payroll, employee motivation, recruitment, adaptation, training, and occupational safety.
• •Strong knowledge of 1C:ZUP and/or 1C:ZUP KORP, proven by experience.
• •Experience in designing solutions on the 1C platform with deep customization or new functionality development.
• •Experience in large projects (over 5000 employees) or willingness to gain it.
• •Analytical thinking, result-oriented, teamwork skills, and ability to work with end customers.
• •Presentation skills.
