## What you'll do

• •Translate complex financial and crypto concepts into clear, compelling design.
• •Own visual output across external communications.
• •Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product decisions.
• •Understand customer needs with the customer success team.
• •Manage end-to-end user journey and design execution.
• •Provide mentorship and design feedback.

## Conditions

• •Base pay between $145,000 - $180,000.
• •Eligible for performance bonus, equity, and benefits package.

• •3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• •Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Sketch, After Effects, Figma.
• •Attention to detail and mastery in visual, interaction, and motion design.
• •Understanding of design standards across iOS, Android, and Web.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
