Description
What you'll do
- •Search for contacts of decision-makers in Web3 projects: founders, CMO, growth, and marketing leads;
- •Conduct cold outreach: initial messages via Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.;
- •Maintain follow-up communication and guide the dialogue until the lead is passed further down the funnel;
- •Manage and structure the contact database in Google Sheets;
- •Communicate with product and sales managers during the lead processing;
- •Test hypotheses on segments, offers, topics, and channels. Scale what shows results.
Conditions
- •Fully remote work from anywhere in the world;
- •Fixed salary + percentage from each closed deal with no cap. The percentage remains for repeat deals with clients you brought in — even if the repeat deal occurs after a year or two. The fixed salary amount is discussed individually during the interview, based on your experience;
- •Schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM MSK, 5/2. Other options are possible while maintaining an 8-hour workday;
- •Work with international Web3 projects and companies well-known in the industry;
- •Opportunity to grow within the sales department: from lead generation to broader sales roles;
- •Conferences covered by the company: successful managers are sent to major Web3 events — Blockchain Life, Blockchain Forum, and others;
- •Educational budget: we reimburse courses and training in sales, English, Web3, and marketing;
- •9 years in the market, streamlined processes, and quick decisions — no endless approvals and meetings for the sake of meetings.
Requirements
- •English B2+ written: confidently conduct correspondence, write cold emails, DMs, and follow-ups.
Phone calls in English are not required;
- •Ability to structure information and work with Google Sheets: filters, sorting, basic formulas;
- •Full-time commitment: we expect you to fully engage with the team;
- •Desire to grow in the role: expand functionality, take on more responsibility, and earn more based on results;
- •Experience in lead generation / cold outreach management and/or experience in Web3/Crypto is a big plus.
