Responsibilities
- β’Enterprise Liquidity Management
- β’Own daily, weekly, monthly and stress-case liquidity forecasting.
- β’Monitor enterprise liquidity across legal entities, currencies and products.
- β’Identify funding gaps and optimize corporate liquidity.
- β’Funding Strategy & Facilities
- β’Lead execution and management of warehouse facilities and strategic funding arrangements.
- β’Coordinate collateral management and refinancing activities.
- β’Support long-term funding strategy.
- β’Regulatory Capital & Balance Sheet
- β’Own Gemini's regulatory capital and liquidity framework.
- β’Develop executive reporting on liquidity, capital and funding metrics.
- β’Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance and Legal on capital planning.
- β’Treasury Projects
- β’Lead liquidity forecasting platform implementation.
- β’Own regulatory capital framework development.
- β’Drive treasury analytics, dashboarding and balance sheet initiatives.

Salary Range
The base salary range for this role is between $112,000 - $160,000 in the State of New York. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidateβs compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
Minimum Qualifications
- β’7+ years of corporate treasury, banking, capital markets or FP&A experience.
- β’Experience developing enterprise liquidity forecasts.
- β’Experience with funding facilities or structured financing.
- β’Strong financial modeling and executive communication skills.
- β’Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- β’Fintech or digital asset experience.
- β’Knowledge of regulatory liquidity frameworks.
- β’CTP, CFA or equivalent.
