What you'll do

- •Audit the current team (15 people): assess competencies, roles, areas of responsibility; restructure or hire if necessary;
- •Set up and optimize processes: task setting, control, regulations, reporting;
- •Formulate and control budgets;
- •Interact with other functions: sales, product, IT, operations;
- •Manage external contractors and agencies;
- •Work with C-level: defend plans, regular reporting, participate in strategy sessions.
