Overview

T-Bank is looking for a Lead Product Analyst to bridge customer needs and business value. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in CX/Growth analytics. I am Lesha, responsible for T-Data — the analytical brand of T-Technologies, which provides analytics and various business solutions based on it.

Requirements

  • Experience in CX/Growth analytics for 5+ years, including 1+ year in a TL/mentor role
  • Deep understanding of Unit Economics and P&L, with attribution case studies
  • Extensive experience in conducting research and interviews (PMF, Benchmarks, JTBD, CustDev)
  • Experience in experiment design (A/B, Causal Inference, Uplift) and statistical criteria selection
  • Experience in collecting and harmonizing Metrics Tree, defining NSM for product groups
  • Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimization) and ETL/ELT
  • Strong Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, scipy statistical methods)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Superset, or similar)
