What you'll do
- •Consult C-level and VP leaders on team, talent, and employee development
- •Develop people strategy in collaboration with department heads
- •Oversee talent development, succession planning, career tracks, and performance calibration
- •Assist managers in taking responsibility for team development and results
- •Work on leveling, total rewards, and DEI at the leadership level
- •Plan team size and structure for 6-12 months ahead
- •Mentor People Partners and participate in the development of the People function
