## What you'll do

• •Lead the development of product features and experiences that increase user activation and engagement.
• •Define and execute a strategic roadmap to improve key growth metrics.
• •Conduct data-driven experiments to optimize the first 30 day user experience.
• •Forge and maintain strong collaborative relationships across various teams.
• •Own the quality of the product and have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality.
