What you'll do
- •Define product strategy, roadmap, and core capabilities for the internal management platform.
- •Analyze and optimize cross-functional business processes and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- •Design reusable capabilities including workflow orchestration, configurable approval flows, dynamic forms, RBAC, SLA management, and audit trails.
- •Build flexible and configurable solutions that can support different business functions without excessive customization.
- •Work closely with Engineering and business stakeholders to drive product development and adoption.
- •Establish product standards and governance to ensure scalability and maintainability.
