Lead System Analyst

Seeking a Lead System Analyst with experience in technical leadership and system analysis for remote work.

• •Experience as a technical lead or IT lead for at least 1 year.
• •At least 3 years of experience as a system analyst.
• •Experience in designing and describing integration interactions, platform solutions, services, and microservices from scratch.
• •Practical knowledge of data exchange principles through queues and message brokers.
• •Effective communication skills with business customers, development teams, and architects.
• •Successful experience in building and optimizing production processes in Agile teams.
• •Experience in analyzing customer requirements and describing processes.
• •Ability to clearly set tasks for developers (writing technical specifications, task decomposition).
• •Knowledge of REST/Web services principles, message queues (RabbitMQ), XML/JSON.
• •Understanding of relational DBMS construction principles, experience in designing a logical data model.
• •Experience working in a scrum team.
• •Experience using AI in work.
• •Knowledge of BPMN/UML (preferable).
• •Knowledge of investment company processes is an advantage.
