Lead Tech AI/ML Product Manager

JobHire.ai is seeking a strong Lead Tech AI/ML Product Manager to lead the development of their Job Hunt Engine, focusing on AI features and product management. We are entering a new level and looking for a strong Lead who is ready to work hands-on with the AI/ML Product, leading the development of our main engine — Job Hunt Engine.

• •Manage AI features: responsible for matching logic, ranking, and job personalization.
• •Connect business and ML: turn product hypotheses into tasks for ML engineers and data scientists (work with RAG, agents, model evaluation).
• •Test quickly and without overhead engineering: formulate hypotheses and test them quickly (A/B tests, shadow models).
• •Influence metrics: triple the number of users successfully finding jobs through our platform within 6 months.
