Learning & Development Team Lead

Rain is hiring a Learning & Development Team Lead to design and operate a scalable CX learning infrastructure.

Remote position with a salary range of $110K-$130K.

We partner with fintechs, neobanks, and institutions to help them launch solutions that are global, inclusive, and efficient.

## What you'll do

• •Design tier-based CX skill progression.
• •Establish certification standards tied to escalation authority.
• •Administer and optimize Docebo LMS.
• •Translate QA trends into structured training programs.
• •Standardize training across Rain and Horatio.
