Overview
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to provide legal advice on various matters, draft and manage legal documents, and support compliance efforts in Limassol.
What you'll do
- ā¢Provide legal advice to internal teams on commercial, corporate, tax, migration, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions;
- ā¢Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of legal documents, especially commercial agreements with vendors, partners, agents, and service providers, with a focus on license, merchant, partnership, and marketing agreements;
- ā¢Conduct legal research, monitor legislative updates, and prepare clear summaries, reports, and presentations to support decision-making;
- ā¢Lead or support legal projects, coordinating with internal teams, external advisors, agents, and law firms on corporate, banking, financial, and compliance matters;
- ā¢Prepare and submit documents to authorities and liaise with governmental and regulatory bodies when required;
- ā¢Assist in developing and maintaining internal compliance guidelines, documentation, and policies;
- ā¢Identify legal risks, propose practical solutions, and provide insights on legal trends that may impact the business;
