Legal Counsel

Join BCB Group as a Legal Counsel to support legal functions and handle complex matters in finance and digital assets.

Remote role with hybrid working model in London or Paris.

## What you'll do

• •Provide direct legal support to increase operational execution capacity.
• •Lead on revamping processes and tools for the Legal Function.
• •Contract review and business partnering with various teams.
• •Design and roll out self-serve and automation tools.
• •Manage corporate legal due diligence and dispute management.
