Overview
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our international technology company in the Web3 space, one of the largest mining pools globally. We develop a crypto product ecosystem that integrates payment infrastructure, custodial solutions, mining, and corporate services for businesses.
What you'll do
- •Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (NDAs, service agreements, partnership contracts, licensing agreements, etc.);
- •Support corporate processes in various jurisdictions (EU, UAE, USA, CIS);
- •Participate in the legal support of Web3 and FinTech products, including digital assets and crypto infrastructure;
- •Support compliance projects, licensing, and interaction with regulators;
- •Coordinate the work of external legal consultants and manage internal legal processes.
