What you'll do

  • β€’Legal advice: Provide legal analysis and support on a range of legal issues affecting the business.
  • β€’Cross-functional support: Assist various departments within the company in their everyday activities from a legal perspective, providing practical guidance to support their day-to-day operations.
  • β€’Contract negotiation: Draft, review, negotiate and maintain a wide variety of contracts and agreements entered into by the company β€” including intercompany agreements, share-purchase agreement, software license / SaaS and PaaS agreements, labour agreements and sales agreements. A significant part of this work involves international contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
  • β€’Compliance: Help ensure the company complies with relevant laws and regulations across its operations and business activities in the fields of data protection, software development, labour, lease and M&A.
  • β€’Risk management: Identify legal risks the company may face and help implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • β€’Engagement with administrative bodies: Represent and liaise with state and administrative authorities in Georgia and abroad on matters relevant to the company's operations.
  • β€’Corporate governance: Support corporate governance matters and help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including assisting in the development of the relevant policies, procedures and guidelines.
