Description
What you'll do
- •Handle legal and regulatory matters for Crypto.com’s CFTC and SEC registered businesses in the US.
- •Expertise in CFTC, NFA, SEC, and FINRA Rules and Regulations.
- •Focus on legal matters involving prediction markets, derivatives, tokenized securities, and securities products.
- •Assist business units with contract terms, negotiations, and legal support.
- •Draft, review, and update policies/procedures and terms related to trading.
- •Represent Crypto.com with regulators and financial partners.
- •Review marketing and sales literature for compliance.
- •Work with external counsel to ensure compliance with relevant laws.

Requirements
- •Qualified/licensed lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience in financial product legal and regulatory work.
- •Excellent knowledge of US financial laws and regulatory structures.
- •Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
- •Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- •Strong organizational/project management skills.
- •Ability to communicate effectively with business teams and management.
- •Willingness to accommodate calls and meetings across time zones.
- •Problem identification and solution proposal skills.
