Responsibilities
- •Legal strategy, corporate governance, interaction with investors and the Board of Directors.
- •Licensing (MGA, Curacao, Anjouan, EU, Canada) + regulatory compliance (AML/KYC, GDPR/CCPA).
- •Contract work (B2B/B2C, affiliates, payment processors), M&A support, intellectual property, and fraud protection.
- •Litigation, international courts, coordination of external law firms.
- •Formation and leadership of the legal department, team training.
