What you'll do
- •Build and enhance automated, AI-first processes for legal e-billing and outside counsel management.
- •Drive implementation of OC spend strategy, reviewing and benchmarking law firm billing rates.
- •Own the monthly accruals process and legal vendor onboarding workflows.
- •Administer and maintain the legal e-billing system (Brightflag).
- •Analyze OC spend data to produce reports and actionable insights.
- •Partner cross-functionally to enhance program effectiveness.
Conditions
- •Base salary range: $99,365 — $116,900 USD.
- •Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
