Overview
OpiniQ is seeking a Legal Team Lead in Limassol, Cyprus, to support international iGaming clients with licensing and compliance. OpiniQ is an international consulting company providing services in IT, financial consulting, compliance, risk management, and digital marketing. Due to expansion, the team is looking for a Legal Team Lead to support international iGaming clients.
What you'll do
- •Full support for obtaining and renewing gaming licenses in various jurisdictions (Curaçao, Anjouan, Tobique, etc.)
- •Monitoring legislative changes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- •Interaction with licensing authorities and state regulators
- •Legal support for clients during licensing and subsequent activities
- •Consulting on corporate structure considering regulatory requirements
- •Formation, management, and development of a team of lawyers
- •Setting KPIs, task distribution, and quality control of team work
- •Corporate structuring of business
- •Legal support for M&A transactions, partnerships, and B2B agreements
- •Ensuring AML policies comply with requirements of various jurisdictions
- •Identifying and minimizing legal and regulatory risks
- •Preparing legal opinions and risk assessments when entering new markets
