Description
Key Responsibilities
- •Execute operational models across EU MiCAR and other Payward/Kraken Legal Entities.
- •Drive end-to-end execution of regulatory projects and product launches.
- •Identify and leverage generative AI tools to streamline workflows.
- •Analyze regulatory regimes and support regulatory deliverables and board materials.
- •Coordinate governance cycles for CBI-regulated entities.
- •Prepare executive reporting.
- •Oversee monitoring and reviews of outsourcing arrangements.
- •Measure provider performance and assist with third-party risk management policies.
- •Act as a point of contact for outsourcing queries.
- •Lead cross-functional working groups and support commercial and product teams.
- •Deliver strategic updates to executives and the board.
Requirements
Qualifications
- •5–8 years in top-tier consulting, strategy, or operations leadership (financial services, fintech, or crypto preferred).
- •Proven experience leading complex multi-stakeholder initiatives with commercial or regulatory focus.
- •Understanding of EU regulatory frameworks (EMRs, MiCAR, MiFID II, PSD2, AMLD5/6, DORA).
- •Strong grasp of business and financial models.
- •Deep experience in outsourcing oversight, vendor performance, and regulatory submissions.
- •Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and executive communication skills.
- •Commercially astute and operates with a consulting mindset (structured, analytical, action-oriented).
- •Thrives in ambiguity, collaborative, low-ego, able to influence senior stakeholders.
- •Passionate about crypto, innovation, and responsible scaling in regulated environments.
