What you'll do
- •Define and execute card business strategy, supporting the launch and expansion of virtual cards, physical cards and wallet products across multiple markets.
- •Lead end-to-end card program launches, working closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, Engineering and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
- •Manage relationships with issuers, processors, BIN sponsors, card manufacturers and wallet partners to support business growth and operational excellence.
- •Coordinate digital wallet integrations including Apple Pay, Google Pay and other regional wallet solutions.
- •Manage physical card operations including vendor onboarding, card production, fulfillment and logistics.
- •Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing structures with partners and vendors to achieve competitive commercial terms.
- •Develop scalable SOPs and operational processes to improve launch efficiency and user experience.
- •Monitor business and operational performance, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements through data analysis.
