Key Accountabilities

  • β€’Order to Delivery, SAP Process Development – lead a team of experts motivating change, standardization and automation of process.
  • β€’Process Transformation & Standardization (Main Focus)
  • β€’Drive end-to-end supply chain process improvement (Order to delivery, logistics, customer service domains).
  • β€’Lead standardization and automation initiatives across region within order to delivery process.
  • β€’Act as senior expert for Order to delivery covering order management, order to delivery process involving transportation, handling, storage and dispatch process, including process and systems.
  • β€’Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and fragmentation across markets.
  • β€’Ensure alignment with regional and country teams and handle solution delivery for different operating models.
  • β€’Leverage system and tools as an enabler of business process transformation.
  • β€’Partner with technical delivery teams (e.g. IT service providers) for implementation, ensure scalable and standardized process frameworks.
  • β€’Drive process digitization, system enhancements, workflows, and integrations.
  • β€’End-to-End O2D Process Development & Multi-functional Orchestration
  • β€’Own & drive design & continuous improvement of end-to-end O2D processes.
  • β€’Ensure alignment of processes with system capabilities and constraints with customers.
  • β€’Orchestrate delivery across multiple customers:
  • β€’Customer service / order management teams.
  • β€’Logistics & distribution teams.
  • β€’Digital / IT / SAP teams / External partners (Technology solution service providers).
  • β€’Act as a link between business and IT, translating operational needs into system solutions.
  • β€’Govern and guide deployments, sprint activity and change request process.
  • β€’Lead team of process experts under order to delivery process focussed on country-specific compliance requirements.
  • β€’Regional Ownership & Working with Customers in regions.
  • β€’Lead region-specific initiatives (e.g., Europe) O2D solution, ensuring:
  • β€’Fit-for-purpose design aligned with market realities.
  • β€’Drive value-based backlog of change initiatives.
  • β€’Drive regional change initiatives, align with global teams, secure funding for change initiatives.
  • β€’Responsible for the team's backlog / pipeline of future initiatives, handle the digital funding and Financial Memorandum processes.
