The company has been in the market for several years and is represented on BestChange, working with a large number of exchange directions.

• •Control of liquidity and reserves;
• •Management of exchange directions and limits;
• •Market and competitor monitoring, operational adjustment of rates;
• •Control of spread and margin;
• •Management of the P2P trading team;
• •Control of the speed and quality of application processing;
• •Balancing, turnover, and financial reporting;
• •Identifying bottlenecks and improving operational processes.

• •Fixed part from $2500 net, final payment level depends on the candidate's experience;
