Manager, National Field Training - Psychiatry

## What you'll do

• •Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions.
• •Builds trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
• •Leverages existing Learning & Development platforms.
• •Provides candid feedback to training participants.
• •Provides coaching to National Field Trainers.
• •Develops Guest Trainers and/or Rotational Trainers.
• •Leads cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
• •Recognized as a product and disease-state expert.
• •Assists with the on-boarding and mentorship of NFTs.
