Description
Responsibilities
- •Lead day-to-day operations for Circle’s Treasury Shared Services function.
- •Ensure accurate, timely, and controlled execution of customer fund movements and banking-related workflows.
- •Oversee processes such as returns, redemptions, transaction investigations, and exception management.
- •Maintain strong operational discipline and risk controls.
- •Manage a team of analysts and serve as a key escalation point for operational issues.
- •Partner cross-functionally with Banking, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support.
- •Drive operational consistency, improve processes and tooling, and embed automation and AI-assisted workflows.
- •Monitor operational performance through dashboards and SLAs.
Requirements
Requirements
- •7+ years of experience in treasury operations, payments, banking, fintech, or financial services.
- •Experience managing payment workflows such as wires, refunds, returns, reconciliations, and transaction investigations.
- •Experience leading or managing a team, including performance management and day-to-day oversight.
- •Strong experience handling operational escalations across multiple stakeholders.
- •Proven ability to improve processes, documentation, and controls in a fast-paced environment.
- •Strong attention to detail and judgment when handling sensitive financial transactions.
- •Experience in fintech, digital assets, or regulated financial services environments.
- •Familiarity with global payment networks, correspondent banking, and cross-border flows.
- •Experience with operational tools such as JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, or banking platforms.
- •Exposure to automation, data tools, or AI-assisted workflows (e.g., SQL, Python).
